Medical uses of nitrogen include:
1. freezing and removing skin lesions
2. freezing blood vessels in surgical procedures
3. cryogenic refrigerators for preservation of tissues, blood, oocytes, sperm, umbilical cord blood, etc.
Refrigeration and Freezing in the Food Industry
Cryogenic technologies provide a deep, rapid freeze that does not harm the appearance and texture of food.
There are various methods for cooling and freezing food:
1. Refrigerated transportation:
